I’ll guide you through range-of-motion checks for specific areas, offering clear explanations along the way. Together, we’ll identify the roots of your challenges and build a game plan aligned with both our insights.

Scheduling & Planning Your Journey
With a personalized plan in place, we’ll work together to schedule sessions that support your progress. Here, mutual comfort and readiness are key; we’ll only move forward when we both feel prepared.

Bodywork & the Michi MAP Experience
During each session, Michi MAP will guide the bodywork to restore balance and flexibility. You’re encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing or undress to your level of comfort. Strong, traditional draping is also available if preferred.
I’ll ensure you understand each step, empowering you to set and explore new limits at your own pace.

After the Bodywork: Michi Momentum
After each session, whether that day or later, we’ll review techniques for at-home support as part of Michi Momentum. This final phase is designed to reinforce your progress through manageable, daily actions. We’re done only when you feel confident in your ability to maintain your body’s newfound balance and mobility independently.
Our goal is for you to leave feeling empowered and ready to thrive. Let’s take each step together, at a pace that feels right for both of us.
